Warranty period:
Powertec self-owned service team are 24 hours standby to support the customer genset troubling shooting, the good cooperation with Cummins/Perkins/Deutz engine after-sales service agent in Indonesia minimized the service time, especially the genset in Papua or Kalimantan jungle area.
Trouble shooting:
As the official Yuchai engine service locator in Indonesia, Powertec build the team with electrical exports to do the troubling shooting for any kind of engine in all-over Indonesia.
Standard maintenance:
Maintenance team will support the customer to do the regular maintenance to change the filters, oil and coolant.
Engine overhaul:
Overhaul team can finish the D-Check/Top-overhaul at customer site, or dismantle the unit to Powertec workshop to do the general overhaul.
